In 1963, Michael Myers was taken to Smith's Grove Sanitarium after the murder of his sister Judith Myers. Shortly after, he met Dr. Samuel Loomis, who cared for him for the next several years. In 1978, Michael, now age 21, would escape from Smith's Grove and unleash hell on his hometown of Haddonfield, IL.
